Managing Director

Mark loves working on imaginative inbound marketing techniques. A confessed internet addict since its inception, he has a passion for helping businesses, large and small maximise their investment in their digital investments via web design and digital marketing.

As a Senior Application Development Consultant at Microsoft for over a decade he advised some of the largest organisations in the world how to get the most of the Microsoft platform following industry best practices.

Passionate about innovation, he decided to become master of his own destiny in 2012 when he started the business, with the aim to become a recognised industry leading digital agency. Using cutting edge technology and marketing techniques, Perceptive Flow are already getting recognised and praise for the work they do at Industry Award events.

Umbraco Developer

Matt is a Computer Science graduate from Reading University, and the lead developer at Perceptive Flow. Specialising in front end web development, he is very passionate about great user experience and accessibility and takes great care in ensuring his code meets these standards.

Aside from his obsession with the web, he is an e-sports fanatic, loves to travel and dabbles in photography!

Graphic Designer

Jon was destined for a career as a designer ever since his first crayola set at the age of 5. After graduating in 2006 in 3D Design Studies, Jon started freelancing as a graphic designer and turned his hand to branding and marketing. Powered by green tea and a good soundtrack, there's nothing he loves more than getting his teeth stuck into a new brief.

In his spare time, Jon can be found at the Madejski Stadium on a Saturday afternoon before spending the rest of the evening as an armchair pundit with the occasional Alan Partridge impression. Music and travel are other key passions as he tries to see as much of the World as he can.

Content Strategist

Sara joined Perceptive Flow in June 2015 after deciding to make a career change from events to digital marketing. Initially Sara came in for a few weeks to do some work experience but found that she really enjoyed writing content so stayed on to write client and outreach blogs.

Sara is a bit obsessed with magazines and books (but only if the paper smells good) and is often found taking pictures of the weird and wonderful things she comes across on her travels, which then inevitably end up on Instagram. She would love to be a marathon runner, but her knees let her down.

Digital Designer

Tom is a Digital Art & Technology Graduate, who spent his university life working out that design was his calling. Since then he has and aimed straight for a career in software and web design, taking freelance work, developing branding and advertising materials for society events and throwing himself into any project that would help him hone his skill set. Along the way, he also figured it couldn’t hurt to learn how to DJ, work until the sun came up in a local bar, and help his university’s Enactus team compete for recognition against 55 other teams in the UK.

If he’s not working on his next big project, he’s usually trying to find some new music or playing “too many video games”.

Digital Marketing Executive

Katie joined the team as recent graduate in International Business, throughout university she gained marketing experience in different countries working in the UK, Belgium and Vietnam in several industries from automotive to translation and localisation. At university she spent her time developing projects in her Enactus team, leading the International Business course society as well as kicking ass in taekwondo. 

In her spare time, Katie loves to travel and has been to 34 different countries, she's also a cocktail enthusiast (a lychee martini being her signature cocktail), a big foodie and you can normally find her dancing around the kitchen, spatula in hand or raving in the club.
